This page exists to "shed a
little light" on the subject that seems to have somehow gone unnoticed
to the millions of RCI "weeks" members that it impacts! As
mentioned above, if this is the first time you are hearing about this
class action suit and its current proposed settlement (yes, even though
you didnt know about it, its been settled for you), you are most
certainly not alone! It is my hope that this site will
provide you the information that you need to make an informed decision
on whether or not to accept the propsed settlement, or side with the
other owners who upon actually discovering what the settlment is, have
banded together to object and propose their own settlement!
Irregardless of which side you are on, getting the full

- August 2009
- The latest hearing regarding
this case will take place at the Federal Courthouse at 302 State Street
in Trenton New Jersey.
- This
Hearing is specifically to decide on which course of action both sides
(RCI and the class action attys) should take in order to
better inform the millions of RCI weeks owners this lawsuit impacts.
Back on June 16th of 2009, both sides had agreed to a
settlement, however both sides appeared to fail (in the eyes of the
judge) in actually informing all the members involved what that
settlement was! With arguments from RCI members who are
lawyers themselves, the judge ruled that the notice provided to
existing members (which most of you either did not recieve, or
overlooked given where it was located) was insufficient and that the
settlement could not be concluded until the people responsible for the
suit (you) were adequately informed! If you are local to
Trenton, and would like to attend, you are urged to if possible!

Instead I am going to provide you with the links to the main
sources of information and feedback that you yourself can participate
in to get as updated and informed as possible, including talking
directly to the attorneys who are standing against both RCI and the
class action lawyers and objecting to this entire ordeal!
